Sunterra hopes all new homes can be built with the comfort,
health, and conservation features designed into a Sunterra home. There
is a
large store house of knowledge and experience built into the design
and construction used to accomplish this task. To help you save money
and be able to acquire this information, we are offering anyone requiring
revisions to our existing plans our “designer co-op service.”
You will be able to purchase a Sunterra design through your architect
or home designer of your choice at a 40% discount of our normal
plan price. Please do the following:
Either fax, 541-389-0465; email, service@sunterrahomes.com;
or phone Sunterra Homes at 541-389-4733 with the name, address,
firm,
registration or license number of the architect or home designer
you have chosen to make your plan revisions. After Sunterra has
verified a designer’s or architect’s credentials,
a complete set of construction documents and the conservation
guide will be sent directly to your designer or architect.
The plans will be stamped “reference use for revision only,
not construction.” Sunterra will not be responsible for all
or in part for the revised plans developed from our home designs.
Choose an architect or home designer who is familiar
with all your local building codes. The plan and construction information
you
receive from Sunterra with your designer’s talent should
be all you need to make the revisions you desire. The construction
documents, details, and conservation guide will save you time
and money in creating your revised plan.
If you or your designer chooses to call Sunterra for consultation,
you agree to pay Sunterra $100 per hour rate with a minimum fee
of $30.
It is to your advantage to work with your
personal local designer supported by our store house of information.
